  • Magazines will increase customer browse time. By making your magazine center a destination area, your customers will feel comfortable browsing through the magazines and will spend more time learning about their next purchase.

  • Keep the magazine rack full and neat, and make sure new shipments get stocked right away. Magazines are a high- turn product, refreshed with every new issue. The sooner the new product hits the shelf, the sooner it will sell.

  • Since music enthusiasts buy magazines as much for the advertising as for the editorial, it makes sense for you to get copies in your customers' hands. Many retailers, due to the attractive discounts they receive, choose to give their new or best customers a complimentary copy.
